On the edge of a golden era...?
Do you think we are about to see one of the most successful few years at West Ham? I do. The stadium is not perfect but as we continue to win and climb the table, that won't be the focus any more. I think that as long as we can keep Pellegrini we will continue to improve. Nice mix of youth and experience now and in the future. I think the future is bright. What do you think?

I am face down, pissed and semi-conscious, half falling off my sofa.

Yet, in so many ways, I am on the edge of my seat.

Is it like that?

Let's have a couple of seasons in or near the top six while we build strength, fewer injuries and consistency. Then we may have a platform for something exceptional.

Golden era indeed.

For the time being, I'll just take the fact we're not having to watch the sort of football dished up by Moyes last season.

Will reserve true judgement when I see if we actually take the cup seriously for once!!

I fully expect us to lose the next six matches now.

Just a shame we didn't get MP ten years ago. But, then again, he was off winning titles.

Re: On the edge of a golden era...?
We need a left back, right back, striker and another keeper IMO.

If the board allow MP to sort the transfers the future does look a lot more buoyant than it did 6 months ago.

If we beat Palace at the weekend then yes, definitely, if we draw the jury's out, lose - certain relegation and eventual liquidation, I'll get back to you Saturday evening.

What I think is that you've not been supporting WHU for more than a couple of years.

Keep Pellegrini Keep all key players invest in more quality every season Hopefully bring some talented kids through and it’s game on in 2022

Re: On the edge of a golden era...?
Not sure about a golden era but 3 goals against Everton, Man Utd, Newcastle, Cardiff, and 4 against Burnley. Slow start was understandable and we did play the Top 7 in the first 10 games or so.

So reasons for optimism. Good football, lots of attacking, we’re missing loads of chances but still scoring a good number. All looking up and that’s with Lanzini, Yarmolenko and Wilshire alll to come back properly

Re: On the edge of a golden era...?
We are starting to look better and would like to see us with everyone available. And a few more signings

At the moment in my view we have two players who can be very good in Rice and Diop.
And in the world of modern football I would expect both to be gone within 18 months
